As a fashion model for over 20 years, I have seen and experienced more then I ever thought possible. Throughout my years as an international model the single biggest concern that my friends, colleague’s and I have faced are issues with weight. I have witnessed “apple” diets, smoking and Coca Cola diets, the over use of laxatives, water retention and diet pills, every type of eating disorder and even cocaine use to suppress appetite. The models I met on these crazy, desperate diets were not happy nor healthy.
The truth is: It doesn’t have to be this way.
After studying in NYC to become a Nutrition Councilor and using myself as a patient, I have learned it is possible to look good and be healthy. I have learned that what is most important is to listen to your body and find a healthy eating plan that is best for you. We are all different and no one plan works for everyone. It is important to understand that what you put in your body affects more than just your weight. Food affects your skin, hair, mood, digestive system, hormones, menstrual cycle, energy and over all well being. What you put in your body will affect your health now and in the future.
With this program you will learn how to cook for yourself, at home or in a models apartment, what to eat and what to avoid, how to make quick, healthy and delicious meals, and ultimately feel better in your body, mind and spirit. You will be able to take your health and happiness into your own hands therefore becoming the BEST YOU!
